The Cosmonomic Universe is, as its name implies, a universe built upon layers and layers of rules. Each layer of rules is built by a class of entity, and applies to all beings below that entity in the hierarchy of power. This is called the 'Celestial Hierarchy'. The order of the hierarchy goes:
