Enochli is an old planet in the history of the Cosmonomic Universe, but the Biocore it currently supports is not. Once, it was generally regarded as a testing ground for the Stars, and was unique in that is contained several, work-in-progress astrologies all at once. When the Existential Malady (page 53) began proving itself an issue, the previous biocore was wiped, leaving the planet barren. Eons later, Matri (page 70), one of the youngest Stars currently in existence, has come back to Enochli to attempt and construct their own work upon the old, unwilling to share the credit for the creation with others but needing a base to work off of.
The resulting world was meticulously crafted in terms of astronomy, but disjointed and broken in culture. Besides the rules for how the elements should behave within the mortals, Matri has attempted to encode behavioral rules into their creation as well, forcing some of the mortals affected into roles Matri had chosen for them. In Matri's attempt to create a single, true social order, they have instead created curses of various types that the mortals had to find ways around, in order to behave as they wish.
Among the notable mortals that this world spawned are the crownbearer Majesty (page 76), and the holy warrior Aneurin (page 80).
